By creating an account or using SOPBlueprint.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate sign-up information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to violate any law or third-party right,
- upload content you do not have the right to use,
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service,
- resell access to the Service without our written permission,
- use the Service to build a competing product.
4. Your content & ownership
You retain ownership of the workflow answers, notes, and SOPs you create on the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your SOPs.
5. Our intellectual property
The SOPBlueprint.com software, brand, templates, and underlying systems are our property and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service — nothing more.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. Taxes are added where required. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
7. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
8. AI-generated output
The Service uses AI to draft SOPs and related documents based on the inputs you provide. Output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every document before you rely on it operationally, especially in regulated industries.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law. SOPBlueprint.com is not legal, medical, safety, accounting, or professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOPBlueprint.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify SOPBlueprint.com against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
