1. Overview
SOPBlueprint.com ("we", "us") provides software that interviews your team, organizes their answers by department, and generates standard operating procedures, checklists, training guides, and exports. This policy covers the SOPBlueprint.com website, app, and related services (together, the "Service").
2. Information we collect
- Account info: name, email, password hash, company name, role.
- Billing info: handled by our payment processor; we store only what we need to invoice and manage your subscription.
- Workflow content: the answers you and your teammates give to AI interview prompts, plus any SOPs, checklists, training guides, and notes you create, edit, or upload.
- Usage: pages viewed, features used, device and browser metadata, IP address.
- Support communications: messages you send us.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- run and improve the Service,
- generate SOPs and related documents you ask us to produce,
- secure accounts and prevent abuse,
- process payments and provide receipts,
- send service emails (security alerts, billing, important changes),
- send product updates you can opt out of.
4. AI processing & SOP content
Generating an SOP requires sending your interview answers and any source notes to large language models. We use vetted AI providers under contracts that prohibit training their public models on your content. Your SOP content is yours — we do not sell it and we do not use it to train models that serve other customers.
6. Storage & retention
Your account and SOP content are retained while your account is active. If you delete an SOP it is removed from active systems and purged from backups on our normal rotation. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
7. Your rights & choices
You can access, export, and delete your SOPs at any time from the app. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Workspace owners control team member access.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and regular third-party reviews. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password and enable any extra protections we offer.
10. Children
SOPBlueprint.com is built for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
